What are the delivery charges?

Shipping is Australia-wide and we offer free shipping on orders over $120 (except bulky items). Certain items are free-shipping as shown in the website. The postage are generally identical to Australia Post regular postages based on the distance and weight.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Baby Deluxe?

We accept credit card payments via Stripe.com which are processed directly on our website securely. Alternatively we offer PayPal and AfterPay as another payment method should you prefer to use.

How long will delivery take?

Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. You may receive some items, in some locations around 5 days or so.

How secure is shopping in the Baby Deluxe? Is my data protected?

We strive to ensure that every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. Our payment system has a 128-bit SSL security encryption certification. We do not hold your credit card information after your order is complete, as it is submitted directly to the financial institutions. Rest assure that your credit card and bank account information is secure every time you make an order.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an email from us with your order information attached, when the order has been received. The warehouse also sends you a notification once the shipping has been processed.
